3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Payments must be made through secure payment methods provided on our website.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of payment issues, incorrect information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Once an order is confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Customized orders may require 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply on promotional offers.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • International Orders: Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At StyleByPrints, every product is crafted with care. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing stylebyprints@gmail.com with clear Unboxing Video & Photos of the issue.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions

Return Process

  1. Contact us at stylebyprints@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll confirm eligibility for refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be delayed if the bank or payment provider takes additional processing time.
  • Exchanges If you prefer an exchange for a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll send the replacement once the returned product is received.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed or shipped.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow the return process once received (if eligible).

  • Once approved for production, no changes can be made.
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided customization details.
