How does the personalisation work?
Pick your bag colour, type the name in the "Name to embroider" box on the product page, and place your order. We hand-embroider exactly what you enter — please double-check the spelling!
How long does it take?
Each bag is made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for hand embroidery, plus 4–7 working days for delivery across India.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — shipping is free across India, and it's already included in the price.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Write to stylebyprints@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Can I return or exchange a bag?
Because each bag is personalised with your name and made just for you, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind. Please see our refund policy for details.
Do you take bulk or wedding orders?
